0.5.0 Tutorial and Icon update

This is day 3 of my participation in the Pirate software game jam 15.

This latest build has added a tutorial for both the latest and old version. Both of which are accessible via the main menu of the game.

There is also the addition of Action Icons and Resource icons. These should help with understanding changes that happen during the game.

Warning Old Game saves may have been broken by this update.
