Comfort In the Abyss 0.7.0 Refactor and QOL

The 0.7 Refactored update adds a couple of quality of life features including Keep Active which keeps tasks and upgrades active even if you don't have the resources. There are also fully functional Tooltips to increase clarity. The story panel is now more stylized. Unbalanced Upgrades have been removed. New Icon are still in the todo list.

I plan to focus on art, pacing and game balance for the 0.8.0 Update
